Our Story
Welcome to Belair Elementary School, Home of the Falcons, “Where we Fly High and Soar Together!” Established in 2024, our school is striving to be a beacon of excellence, led by the Principal Ms. Shetina Roulhac and supported by Assistant Principals Cheronda Harris and Tan Ivery. At Belair Elementary, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment for all students and staff, championing innovation and academic success, and encouraging the support of our parents, community, and all stakeholders to ensure success for all. It is imperative that our students, faculty, and staff thrive academically, emotionally, physically and socially. The dedicated faculty and staff believe that all students can and will learn, therefore we set high yet reasonable expectations for all students. We also believe excellence in education is the collaborative effort and shared responsibility of the individual, home, school, and community. Therefore, our commitment to strong community partnerships allows for all stakeholders to be actively involved in our vibrant school and all school activities. As we all work together to model, expect, encourage, and command good character, morals and values, our students will be successful and prepared for life beyond the classroom.

College and Career Ready Performance Index (CCRPI) is Georgia’s statewide accountability system. The CCRPI assesses how well students are prepared for college and careers, and ensures that schools are focused on improving achievement among all students. The index measures student achievement on indicators such as content mastery, student growth on progress, subgroup performance on closing gaps, and various areas including Lexile performance, attendance, and other academic based measurements. Schools earn CCRPI points based on indicators that vary by grade and school level and align with measures of college- and career-readiness. Each individual component score is on a scale of 0-100. Additional data for CCRPI can be found at this address: https://ccrpi.gadoe.org/
